This committee manages the acquisition, disposition, maintenance, and housekeeping of the church building, equipment, manse, property, and supplies. It oversees the legal business of the church, insurance, and the use of rooms and facilities. They maintain a list of major projects that will be completed in the future, depending on the church’s budget. This committee also works hand in hand with Boy Scout Eagle candidates who are undertaking Eagle projects around the church.
Like any home, the house of God requires diligent upkeep and repair. Recent projects include the transformation of the old library into a comfortable conference room and the painting of Fellowship Hall and the adjoining corridor.
