Our church thrives, in part, because of the energy and dedication of the people who lead it. We are blessed with a small but talented staff here at Alexandria Church and we are pleased to introduce them to you:
Nicholas Hatch is the pastor, head of staff, of Alexandria First Presbyterian Church. He began his call at Alexandria in the fall of 2010, having previously served at Ewing Presbyterian Church since 2003. Nicholas is a graduate of Princeton Theological Seminary where he received a Master of Divinity. He is also a graduate of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, where he received a Master of Social Work with a concentration in family therapy.
In addition to being an ordained pastor in the Presbyterian Church U.S.A., Nicholas is also a licensed counselor in the State of New Jersey (LSW). Nick and his wife Gayle live in Holland Township where they are thrilled to raise their three young children in the midst of a loving faith community.
Stefanie attended the University of Mayland, Baltimore County where she earned an undergraduate degree in Piano Performance, with a minor in Spanish, maintaining a 4.0 GPA. She pursued further education and got a master’s degree in Collaborative Piano from Rutgers, where she continued to maintain the 4.0 GPA streak. Working as a church musician for 20 years, Stefanie has conducted adult, children, and handbell choirs. She has also held organist positions, including serving as a music director for 12 years. Aside from music, she enjoys knitting, gardening, and gluten-free baking.
