Personnel Committee
The Personnel Committee sets needed policies, offers support, undertakes annual evaluations, and nurtures communication with members of the church staff.
They are committed to creating an open, efficient, and structured environment for those who are employed by Alexandria Church. The Personnel Committee assists employees through leadership, encouragement, empowerment, and recognition for their dedication and outstanding contributions to our church family and the community at large.
